We may not need Nintendo Power anymore thanks to the internet, but I'm still sad to see it go. I really enjoyed the magazines as a kid.

Hideki Kamiya, the creator of Viewtiful Joe, Okami, and Bayonetta wants to make a new Star Fox game.
I've been wanting one for a long time, so I hope Nintendo says yes.
Groden found this.

"Your challenge is to write crossover fanfiction combining World War II and Twilight Zone. The story should use a plane crash as a plot device!"
I went back and played this game after discussing it in chat, and the nostalgia was incredible. I was able to move around freely without fear of tripping. It was very fast-paced compared to Brawl. After going back and playing Melee, I don't think I can go back to Brawl.
Anyway, discuss Melee...
Ever since his appearance in NSMB, Dry Bowser has appeared in Mario Kart Wii as a heavyweight, a spot that should have been filled by Petey. Now he's a boss in Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Winter Games.

Mysterious black dude FTW.
Personally, I preferred the freeform gameplay of 64/Sunshine, especially 64, where you could collect the stars in any order.
Galaxy, however, was way too linear, and lacked that sense of freedom that 64 and Sunshine had.

A massive asteroid will come uncomfortably close to Earth on April 13, 2036. The chances of it actually hitting us are 1 in 45,000, but we need to prepare ourselves for it.

I'm gonna have to say Zant from Twilight Princess. At first, he seems all badass, and refined. Then when you fight him, he starts acting like a guy on crack, which totally ruins his character. And the way he worshipped Ganondorf as a god wasn't cool either.
I thought he was the cool kind of...
