I personally wish that Punch Bowl and Volcano Dome from DK Tropical Freeze were in. Such great fighting themes. Also, Sonic really could use Chemical Plant Zone or Metropolis Zone's themes to spice up his retro music selection.

Mario Super Sluggers - DK Jungle
Wario World - Greenhorn Forest
Persona 5 - Life Will Change
Banjo-Kazooie - Final Battle
Minecraft - Double Time (Tumble)
Anything at all from the first three Paper Mario games

I also would like more Mario Kart music, like Bowser's Castle (Mario Kart 8) and maybe a couple of the battle mode themes.

I recognize that there were likely some sort of licensing issues at play, but the fact that not a single base game Minecraft song made it in is a sin. Some of the most iconic video game music that I wish got the inclusion it deserved. At the very very least, we should've gotten Sweden

Also I wish they included a version of Dearly Beloved that didn't require owning a Kingdom Hearts rhythm game to have access to :^)

i also remember being peeved that there was no actual minecraft music when thats like the biggest reason i wanted steve in smash. come on the potential of a music disc medley... heck if the timeframe was right they could have gotten away with at least lena raine's stuff (and also i think there was some other composer that could be viable) if only otherside was there i love otherside. calm4 would also be neat bc it actually bops BUT its made by a massive racist transphobe and also only super briefly existed in minecraft anyway so it wasnt viable anyway ... but. it could have been nice

otherwise. from what i remember. i was also peeved over no yoshis island final boss theme lmao. also, mario rabbids music? that could have been nice with the random ubisoft mii pack or whatever it was

oh yeah more dkctf music would be great i think itd be nice to have its version of stickerbrush symphony. i think it pulls off being a more fast paced version of the song better than the actual smash remix lmao. and yeah the boss themes and, speaking of which, the dkc3 final boss which was left out even though the first two games boss themes are there. what if there was a seashore war remix??? omg

They should put angry birds in smash and then put summer pignic music in it

Any Mario Party music, ranging from the entire series including the Hudson game in addition to the NDcube ones. Even the modern ones could do with some additions. Among a few that could be included could be Mustn't Panic, Keepin' on the Path, Ducking and Dodging, Loud and Sweet, Don't Freeze, and many more.

Reason? The series have hardly gotten any music, and none of what got in are remixes.

Thank you for reading.

Planet wisp act 1 or maybe Archie/Maxie's theme

Blossom Haze (Sonic Mania)

No Ace Attorney songs? Strange considering your avatar; I thought you'd want Phoenix in with an AA stage

I remember being mad there wasn't "Route 210" from Pokémon DPP in smash bros. but they put freakin' route 209 in there. ROUTE 209.

I admittedly went overboard with a few

Super Mario Land: Muda Kingdom, Chai Kingdom, Rocket Staff Roll

Paper Mario: Hey You!, Attack of the Koopa Bros., Petunia Under Attack!, Sad Sun, Huffin and Puffin, Freeze!, King of the Koopas, Tutorial Battle, Luigi's Theme, Pit of 100 Trials, VS Rawk Hawk, Smorgs Battle, X-Naut Fortress, Final Battle, The Open Plane, Whoa Zone, Battle Time!, Underchomp Battle, The Ultimate Show Gooper Blooper Battle Boogie, Boo Night Fever, Approach of the Giant Fish, Spectactular Finale

Mario Kart: SNES Bowser Castle, GBA Circuit and Castle, Ribbon Road, Super Circuit end credits, GCN Circuit, Mushroom Bridge, Waluigi Stadium, Tick-Tock Clock, MKW Menu medley, Maple Treeway, Moonview Highway, Music Park, Piranha Plant Slide, Neo Bowser City, Shy Guy Falls, Electrodrome

Mario Party: An Adventurer, White-Hot Circuit, Super Duel Medley, Everybody Party, Rolling About, Bustling Noisily, Doubtful Chance, Midday Showdown, Jazzy, Frantic, Fast and Furious, Time to Duel, Gaming with DK, Slam Dunk, Skyward Bound, High Noon, Tycoon Town, It's On Now, It's a Dead Heat, Grand Opening, Another Crazy Match, Bouncing Around, Mario Party 9 Theme, Toad Road, How Strange!, Watch Out!, Tough Enemy/Now You've Done It, Bowser Jr's Mad

Animal Crossing: K.K. Jongara (especially with the secret section in the live version)

Kirby: Star Allies Sparkler, Fly! Kirby of the Stars, Top Ride Grass, Top Ride Water, City Trial, City Backside, Rowdy Charge Tank,

Undertale: SAVE the World, Your Best Nightmare (for the Omega Flowey boss fight), Asgore, and... sigh... Megalovania I guess

Scribblenauts: Main Theme, Arcade/UFO Pursuit (from Super Scribblenauts)

Horizon Zero Dawn: Aloy's Theme, Years of Training, Colossal

they should make a ridge racer stage so I can fight to ridge racer music in super smash bros.

  • Strike the Earth! (Shovel Knight: Shovel of Hope)
    • Shovel Knight is in Ultimate, but there's no matching song! I think most properties in the game are obligated to have one matching song, and Strike the Earth! happens to hit two good points: It's the song from the first level so everyone knows it, and its an energetic piece. How did this not get in?
  • Combat Evaluation Program (Kirby: Planet Robobot)
    • There are no battle themes from Arena modes in Smash Bros. Since Smash Ultimate passed over the boss theme from Planet Robobot, maybe this alternate take with less variation in its tone than the original works better. Moreover, it would fit Multi Man Smash extremely well.
  • Great Cave Escape (Kirby and the Rainbow Curse)
    • A complement to The Great Cave Offensive.
  • Introducing Wario Deluxe (WarioWare Gold)
    • Wario needs more music. This song came out too late to make it into Ultimate, but next time for sure.
  • The song from Split Screen (WarioWare Gold)
    • A song that also came out too late to make it into Ultimate. But its really good, and more importantly, you can't listen to it freely in WarioWare Gold itself. (Moreover, Kat & Ana got absolutely snubbed in Ultimate. Every Master Spirit has a song picked out for them that fits them despite how they don't necessarily fit Smash Bros. gameplay to make their facility feel more like that character. But Kat & Ana got stuck with WarioWare, Inc, which is a song for the game WarioWare, Inc: Mega Microgame$ as a whole instead of getting songs specific to them like Four Seasons or Stealth Turtles. Putting a Kat & Ana song in the next game is the least they could fo to make up for this.)

Also I really want a Kirby minigame medley. Boss Theme Medley - Kirby series is one of my favorite tracks and a repeat with a different topic is a sure success. Put Fetching Fruit (Kirby Mass Attack), Time's Almost Up! (Kirby and the Rainbow Curse), Bomb Derby (Kirby: Nightmare in Dream Land), and Bumper Crop Bump (Kirby 64: The Crystal Shards) together then cap off the final 20 seconds with Battle 9 (Kirby: Battle Royale, Crazy Theater). Fetching Fruit is good enough to make it in solo, but I think the medley would make it more interesting. (And also I like Boss Theme Medley).

Wii Coconut Mall, Wii Play Title Theme, any of the songs from Mario Party 10, and Puzzle Plank Galaxy.

Remixes for more Mario RPG songs. The existing selection we have is extremely limited, I dislike how the entirety of the Paper Mario remixes we have come from that medley that is really just a single song from TTYD and two from Sticker Star (one of which not even being a true original to that game, it's just the classic airship theme). The Rogueport remix is nice but it's not even the entire song, plus there needs to be stuff from the other classic entries imo. In terms of M&L stuff, they mostly just used the original versions and of the two remixes we've gotten, only Gritzy Desert is actually good imo (the Try Try Again remix is way too slow and just never sounded right to me). Plus for some reason they decided to represent Superstar Saga using ONLY music from Minion Quest.

At least give me The Ultimate Show and a proper remix of The Grand Finale. A boss medley for PM64 or a remix of King of the Koopas would go hard as well. Antasma's battle theme, the general boss themes from DT & Brothership, and one of Reclusa's battle themes (or a medley) would be fantastic, remix preferred of course. I'd love a Fawful medley that draws from both SSS and BIS.

(though as lacking as the Mario RPG music selection in Smash is, it's crazy that it's still easily beating literally any Mario-centric party game which have still peaked at a total of 1 song, being Hello Happy Kingdom's remix in Fortune Street & that JP only DS predecessor that i won't try to spell and i'm too lazy to look up)

Super Smash Bros. Ultimate should've had some music from Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle. The midboss theme would've been a good choice, but there are still many great themes from that game. They just used the Arcade Bunny theme for all three Spirits… lame.

If there is another Smash Bros. game, there needs to be music from Kingdom Battle and Sparks of Hope.

Why was Arcade Bunny's Theme in the game anyway? It completely misses the Smash vibe, and surely one of the themes from using a badge catcher would land better and still be usable in all the cases Arcade Bunny's Theme was used for. Is it just "has 'bunny' in the title"?
