even that's debatable within warioware. she has 234073289749832 more badges than wario in the nintendo badge arcade and themes entirely to herself.

Are you asking me would it be a good idea to replace one of the funniest comic relief antagonists in the franchise in his own title series that thrives itself on it's bizarre wackiness with a generic witch girl who is neither funny nor wacky?

Because my answer is no.
 
Man, if there's a similar character that started usurping Mario in terms of popularity I think I'd get really mad. But it's Wario, so, eh. I think Ashley is all right. She cool. But not titular WarioWare material, heck no. She's better as foil to the wacky environment.

I thought her moment in the potluck stage of Gold was plenty funny: both for the initial impression she was trying to kill everyone there with the mandrake and that one of the card clarifies that no, actually she just really loves eating fried mandrake and is too socially clueless to understand why people would find that weird and disgusting.

though I would generally agree with the sentiment ashley works best as a straight woman and shouldn't be the literal face of the series.
