What do these two things on the wiki have in common?

Pakaracchi

It's Youth!
Pronouns
Kie/Mer
I got: Undergrunt.

I honestly have no idea what a front gate and a mole have in common. Maybe they can both be thwarted?

Mario/Luigi can Ground Pound near an Undergrunt to stun it and make it vulnerable to attack.

Gooigi can slip through the gate and open it up from the other side, allowing Luigi to get past it.

I got: Picky Eater

Once again there is a timer! They also involve fish in some way. The characters have eyewear (at least in the case of Warioware: Twisted!'s).

EDIT: to clarify the eyewear, the main character of the microgame has glasses (at least in Warioware: Twisted!), and Victor has goggles.

I got: Pop Quiz with Know-It-All Toad

Uh… I'd have to say that both are minigames that are short? I mean, this is a minigame, and the harder version has a time limit.

I got something I know nothing about: Bobo.

I don't know how to compare this bird to a countdown timer. I guess I can say they're both bad to the player? They also both have the color yellow in some way.

Hisstocrat Returns

One's a boss and one's a level that only exists for a boss fight, so that's close enough. They're also both returning bosses, Bobo reappears in the sequel and this is the second time you fight Hisstocrat in the game.

Package (Paper Mario)
Both things you can interact with in an RPG and it gives you coins for doing so (Mr. Kipper drops some post-battle and Koopa Koot gives you one for delivering it).

Prince Florian

Prince Florian, like the baby bros., is a small fellow who rides atop Mario & Luigi while being able to pull off special techniques (through use of badges) in cooperation with them.

I got: Showtime.

What in the world do they have to do with each other? Maybe both have lots of something to fight against (waves of ghosts and Koopa Troopas)?
