I know there is a preventive measure from Mario Party 3, which has a similar message when you met with the Millennium Star with the maximum amount. Since it's practically impossible to get that many stars, it's unlikely for that message to appear. The only way to get the max amount of Stars to get a similar message to appear is in Mario Party DS's DK Stone Statue board (because there is no limit to the amount of stars you can buy, unlike Mario Party 6's Faire Square).

Does Toad make a happy sound or disappointed sound when this happens?
