Mario Golf: World Tour

Yeah, but even those games have a more "serious" feel to it.

Sigh, barring Toad the playable role since Mario Tennis N64.
 
Miis seem to play a bigger role in this game; you walk around as them and you buy items from shops as them. You can also customize them. Like in Mario Tennis Open

I think I'm going to spend the ~$30 on something else.
 
Oh, yes, yes. I am looking forward to another Kirby game. I love Kirby platformers more than Mario platformers, generally.

and peach looks great as usual, nice image though.
 
The artwork looks a bit sparse... would it kill them to crop out the grass? I guess the space is there BECAUSE it will be used for boxart?
 
Looks like Boo, Diddy Kong, and Bowser Jr. are also confirmed to be playable

I really hope there's more than that; the game is like a month away and we STILL don't know anything about it

Too bad I kinda suck at golf games, though... ;~;
 
I suck at them as well. I usually get more Bogeys than Birdies.

But I'm still not interested in Mario Golf World Tour unless they make at least Baby Mario playable
 
It doesn't seem to me that he will be default, at least.

Camelot apparently thought Toad being playable in Mario Tennis N64 was a huge mistake, not to be repeated in subsequent games.

The art of him in the box doesn't have him holding a golf club and he appears as a shopkeeper in the trailer

Another reason I'm not interested in the game: no Toad playable.
