I personally dont care for HQ , but she appears in a main game , unlike Wa wa and Daisy Mcnuggets who never recives the memo to those games.

Bowser's Castle has been in every single Mario Kart game ever, so unless you're specifying a certain one, you have literally zero chance of being disappointed there
