Just a few examples, don't want to clutter this entire thread with these awful mods.
 
I don't have a pic, but for some reason I remember a Mario mod or something of him with his mouth streched open and his mustache about ten times larger. He looked like an insane hippy.
 
That sounds like it's from Garry's Mod.

I've just never seen a Toad make that face before. It's creepy.
 
Toad often just smiles there anyway. This time, he's just sticking out his tongue. I don't see that much of a problem, but on the other hand, it's not often Toad is portrayed with even a hint of mischief.

Boy how low my standards were if I actually liked it at the time.
 
That Luigi is... way funnier to me than it has any right to be.
 
DK has a chocolate milk mustache!

To this bootleg's credit, Luigi at least looks like Luigi and not just a green Mario.
 
As far as bootlegs go you could do a lot worse.
