Really common in Gmod screenshots. It's from the Gmod ragdoll.

Made some myself. Would show you some but Imgur died temporarily.
 
I don't have a picture, but when I tried to play with an awful N64 emulator on my phone, Smash 64 was...interesting, to say the least. No one had eyes. Mario didn't have his mustache. Kirby was a faceless fright.

I may be scarred.
 
This is a beginner's Bowser drawing in 3D. Cause this Bowz is as derpy as I remember when I first drew one.
 
Except this is a model, not a drawing, TG.

If you were to make a model like this it would probably make that one look like a godsend.
