Which character most deserves their own "year"?

[Fawfulthegreat64]

And they neglect the ones that DO get original names/personalities.

RIP Goombario

[Xiahou Ba]

I'm not really sure it is a name
(except in the kart/party series)
especially considering how many yoshi die

Don't worry, those things keep coming back as if they have extra lives

[Stargatedalek]

feeling concern for yoshi's, hahahaha

[EctoBiologist]

year of the goomba

[Magikrazy]

IMO, a toad is a toad

If it's its own character, it would have a unique name.

"it"?

Are you following that trend of calling Toad an "it" in MarioWiki?

He's using the generic "it".

[Anser]

Waluigi is actually winning...

Seriously? :S

[Zae]

Waluigi is actually winning...

Seriously? :S

you'd be amazed at how many waluigi fans there are.

Even more funny that a fangame of waluigi is one of the most popular fangames in existence.

Technically "none of the above" is winning.

[Stargatedalek]

none of the above = Daisy

[DragonFreak]

Actually I wouldn't mind at all a "Year of the Birdo".

[Stargatedalek]

I wouldn't want a 7year of birdo XP
better than a year of yoshi though :P
