Super Smash Bros. for Wii U & 3DS Discussion

Does anyone else find it odd that Luigi, Toon Link, Sonic, Marth, and Lucario have already been revealed? Back during the wait for Brawl, only the default characters were revealed before the Japanese release and the unlockables were shown after. So what's the deal? Have these characters vbeen promoted to default? Or is Sakirai just revealing characters randomly. Maybe you start out with all the characters and don't have to unlock any. That would be nice.

If I were to guess, he's simply revealing characters for advertisement purposes. I really doubt that the whole roster will be available right off the bat, as that destroys the purpose of even having a single player mode.

Miyamoto confirm the game will be out by late 2014.

Ignore the slight translation error. BY the end of 2014, not AT the end of 2014.

That's reasonable

Single player mode is usually filler anyway.

Stuff like that really pisses me off. You're not fucking entitled to certain characters. Be grateful you're even getting another Smash game you little shits. Mewtwo isn't even a good character.

Hey don't diss mewtwo.

sure they share one move but mark my words.

I'll hunt down every single lucario player on wi fi if I ever get smash with little to no mercy using pikachu.

that is if mewtwo doesn't get in.

I am jeez it's great he returned from brawl but he's not all that great of a pokemon just saying.

plus in the actual games it's so easy to get rid of lucario and he doesn't even cover his fire type weakness that well.

Neither Mewtwo nor Lucario are great Pokemon.
