Comments like this would make me mad. Before you make stupid comments like this, do you even know what "vestigial" means? And even if it weren't vestigial, Scyther maybe doesn't use it in the same way roaches don't fly, even though they have wings.

Calm down. Vestigial organs don't mean sexual parts. Also, there are vestigial wings that you have but you can't fly with them.
