I meant Baby Luigi. I couldn't notice if you we're being sarcastic, because that's how you normally sound like all the time.

Why Kangaskhan are 100% female is beyond me. It could've easily had gender differences if the game developers thought it over; for example, male Kangaskhans wouldn't have pouches.
 
When Kangaskhan was created, Pokemon didn't even have genders

when II was created they made Kangaskan female only, because of its pouch. In IV they introduced gender differences. They could have added male kangas with no pouches
 
That would just make the game more complicated.
 
You know how Mantine are often seen carrying Remoraid in their artworks. As of the 4th generation and later, none of the Mantine sprites have it holding a Remoraid, despite of the Remoraid requirement that Mantyke needs to evolve.
 
I think that it's not required for Mantine to carry remoraid. They can carry multiple in the Pokemon Adventures manga, so I don't see why they can't carry none.
