look. look. her again. i was testing how i want to do the color palette for when i draw her bc i still havent figured it out, also featuring two palettes picked off of tropical freeze for reference

looked through a bunch of art in medieval bestiaries and i was Inspired

i wanted to have a shot at a wendy redesign. ended up changing less than i expected but i like it

just so you know i love my new worm children (though the fur is facing the wrong way on the blue one in the drawing)

dressed up an old creature in like victorian era clothing, made a funky creature with a fake head on their tail, a green segment limb guy, and two remakes

bit of a reverse in color scheme, here we have drawing a plain nebula and then using a kajillion magic tools and some starry brushes

tiny kong, before she was even born, stole from dixie all the genes that make you tall, for herself . learn to share smh
(this is totally how they interact with each other though. they just continously bully each other in a lighthearted way. i got this headcanon from nothing in particular as theyve never actually interacted before despite being siblings........)

wanted to make a vehicle that really really looks like a creature so here it is

sort of doodle to experiment with the prehensile tail and also fur

the vehicle thing is back but as an actual creature!!! also some other fellas

a person in a server brought up the idea of piantas with plants depending on their region and its just. that idea is so GOOD i fell in love with it so its my headcanon now and also heres some doodles of that

have this silly flower critter, then.. a bug bear, if you will, and then a remake of the noki from a few months ago because that older one just kinda pissed me off after the pianta i made recently LMAO

and then i proceeded to take. a creature which is a pair of legs essentially. and put it in the space outfitter. and dress it up. Like That. and it animates surprisingly well in the game??? especially for only being able to bend the legs and the midsection of the torso

and then i drew it because i really really liked how it turned out

ok so i drew this on may 12th, which is actually exactly a month after i first drew her, and it didnt occur to me until two days later. anyway for some reason i struggled a lot with drawing this and like how hard can piantas be to draw seriously

leaf dragon, just "dragon", a dragon of darkness (curiously enough i combined two unrelated creatures, the older one just being called a dragon of darkness and the other one having that in its description), and a bug thing where spore kept being very uncooperative

starbound pianta Again but i had the foresight to just frickin trace a model instead of whatever i did last time and it looks so much better || nothing i can do about the line eyes though...

also some skin colors. except i just realised i need that purple from galaxy 2? is that even in galaxy 2 or only in noclip? anyway the colors wont be separated by genders this time, in This Mod I May Potentially Make,

this here is a spore kind of week

i started another playthrough that week, i got it to zealot! it went carnivore -> social -> aggressive -> religious. its theme is showing the evolution of a species even after creature stage by utilizing subtle coat changes

something made me come up with this drawing idea and i just had to draw it

totally real reason for why they (presumably) cut rabbid yoshi from sparks of hope

and yoshi (yoshi) is probably just busy having a snack idk

after like 2 years since the first and last time i did it, i make another spaceship based on a cell. this is actually for the zealot guys which,

here they are! you can see some little changes in their colors. also i accidentally overlaid the cell on the civ one and missed it until later oh well it doesnt really block any important detail that you cant already see on the space one

im back at my starbound mod nonsense because starbound noki is now Real||idk how im gonna make the torso shell work coding-wise but yheah

also due to some limitations i realised way too late both hte (head and torso) shell colors will have to match now which wasnt the case in sunshine... BUT : There will be No gender dimorphism Entirely

random spore creature from my mind !||not a creature ive ever actually made in the game but it uses spore parts and patterns and is definitely make-able in the game

lava queen i like her but not her design so i attempted to redesign her and lean more into the "rabbid peach (evil)" thing. the weapon is precision now because she and bwario both have rumblebang normally so i didnt want repeats

havent done normal creachers in a while

back to the mod, i finished most of the animations for piantas and i only need to finish the swimmin animation

cool guys i made in algodoo (of all things) in 2014. the icy one is called "Vivezal" and the winged one is "Tamazia"

continuing my starbound pianta mod nonsense. after many MANY crashes i finally got this working and made a character! its the first time i got a modded species to work too, i was working on a few before but never got as far as this!!!

yeah meet stormy she has a gun and a hammer and some other stuff ive acquired this new playthrough

the default object descriptions, shown when inspecting with a species that doesnt have a set inspect text for them, also revealed that they are also sapphic i didnt intend this

round 1: very convenient for the color i picked.. but otherwise i just kinda went with a weird warp pipe creature. i like how the piranha plants turned out!
curiously i put a bit more effort into this one than i did with the following bunch of scribbles (excluding the 7th one), though its not really that noticeable. its mostly just like. a few rimlights in places really?

round 2: indeed, i can not draw real humans so this prompt was a bit of an Uh Oh....... instead, theres the thing where i call new donkers Sims, and so i just went for a mysims joke. i like mysims! i think it turned out pretty creative. i also tried to be accurate to how mysims has a few meshes for the clothes that it then makes up a lot of textures for to make different kinds of clothes if it makes sense?

round 3: i couldnt think of much and i just went for the dumbest joke i could think of . the og pic of the random bonneter is found alllll the way Here (i had no idea the caption i wrote for that drawing would align so well with the title of this scribble too Wow)

round 4: first thought with this prompt was to joke about the floating landmass thing in odyssey. but i also had an alternative idea, which was a biology joke! and i dont think i can really draw landscapes! so i went with that instead instead of going for the locations theme hehehe (also shoutouts to the random smrpg enemy)

round 5: had no ideas but i kept thinking of these sonic vids from this guy https://www.youtube.com/user/Rogerfromimp/videos and went for that. knuckles in those likes to shout IM CONFUUUSED URAARAHAHGHHH and then he proceeds to beat the hell out of things. Fits boom boom

round 6: this was Tricky... i ended up poking around mario wiki a little, and going for the mario is missing thing. i also sure did learn a few things about its bells thanks to wikipedia. like one of the towers has just two big ol bells and theyre the largest ones? i referenced a pic of one for my scribble pretty thoroughly
huh this luigi DID turn out pretty cute like ive been told

round 7: i really lucked out with this prompt!!! i like mario sunshine. actually. and piantas. im glad i got to end the tournament on a high note with something i got to be passionate about, so i actually put the most effort into this scribble and it turned out my favorite out of all my other scribbles! it actually has Things going on even if not much!!!
i also put in a few more references to sunshine itself, mostly this artwork https://www.mariowiki.com/File:Smsaftergame.jpg but also the textbox and making the sun resemble the health meter (awesome)
in retrospect i shoulda saved the "classic kid thing" thing for these explanations instead of making the scribbles title ridiculously frickin huge

i didnt put it in the table bc it wasnt that important but: i won round 1, lost round 2, won round 3, lost round 4, won round 5, won round 6, won round 7. making for a total w-l-t of 5-2-0 and score of 5,0. i didnt mind the losses! it was still just so much fun to draw scribbles and see everyone elses scribbles! this tournament was an incredibly fun time

EDIT: will update with some bonus sorta scribbles when i can. if anyone misses the edit ill notify about it in my next post if i remember
