This is the Super Mario Land hack, named Super Mario Land DX. As you can see, it's present in full colour, so it is more pleasant to look at. As such, it can be viewed as the definitive way to play Super Mario Land if you want to patch the game. As far as I know, it's only Mario so unlike the Super Mario Land 2 DX hack, the player can't choose Luigi. I am not sure what the policy is on the website RomHacking despite it only containing patch files (instead of ROMs), so to be on the safe side I won't link to the source.

Thank you for reading.

Reminds me of this fangame that sadly seems to be in development hell:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XyF6GLQbP5c

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xGP3bpkFZT8

Note that this video was made back when it was the Year of Luigi, and it also shows Miiverse too, so basically it was made back in 2013, but the video I posted is re-uploaded. I felt that it would have been better if Mario transformed the Luigi's Mansion game into Mario's Mansion, but I guess breaking it is far easier to animate.

Thank you for reading.

This is even more like SMG4.

Except for the ending. The ending was cute.
