Well, Antasma is the main RPG villain, main RPG's villains get cool last words.

I'd argue thats more Bowser as the real main villain but whatever.

He's secondary for most of the game, if Antasma didn't die he still would be, but whatever

Being popped like a balloon is probably so painful. Not only did Antasma get thrown aside in favour of, no offense but this is how I see him, Mr. Overused, he died in a really painful way.

I have no problem with him being tossed aside

I was upset that they killed off Fawful, but at least he wasn't tossed aside in favor of someone from the main series beforehand, and was still involved in the final battle. Antasma was the main threat to Pi'illo Island and they made the first completely original villain since BIS into a joke.

You THINK he's secondary throughout the game. But ultimately he was the one really getting any of the benefits of what the duo were doing. Bowser tossing aside Antasma was just him getting rid of baggage that served no further use.

And after that he wanted to conquer the world and it was obvious to just about everyone he was just using Bowser for that goal.

Unfortunately for him Bowser had expected that and was prepared for it.

I liked Dream Team's ending because I wasn't expecting it.

I like twists in stories.

Except ones that everyone already knows (Empire Strikes Back, Sixth Sense, Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde, etc.)
