And I did want Bayonetta so much but I thought she's a bit unrealistic because she's a badass and flaunts her sexiness so much, and she's from an M-rated game.

tbh bayonetta probably wasn't voted top, somebody like goku and shrek probably was because memes lol so if you're looking for anyone to be angry at it's probably people who voted for them

i thought this direct was ok. i got a bit snarky in the chat but i'm not at all pissed off over this. tbh corrin's moveset looks more different from robin/the other FE characters than wolf does to fox/falco, and bayonetta looks pretty cool too but i know like nothing about the series (which is why i don't have much cloud hype). new stages look rad too.

i was kinda expecting more from this though, but that's just a matter of personal preference. waddle dee for sma5h

Actually according to the latest update (which was released beforehand again (SAKURAIIIIII) but only had cloud/midgar as brand new stuff), Greninja's actually getting some Smash Attack buffs.

Not as crazy as, say, Ganondorf and Kirby's though. Like, holy shit those are a lot of buffs.

It's confirmed by Sakurai himself, Super Smash Bros. is a COMPETITIVE ACTION GAME. It's good that we really got this confirmed.
