Oh lord these Smash Tour challenges are just evil. It's pretty much a checklist of everything having to go right. If one thing goes wrong, then tough shit.

Bump into a Metroid after it steals you boosts
-Hope for a Metroid to spawn instead of the 10 other things that do
-Hope the Metroid spawns next to you
-Hope the Metroid steals your stats
-Hope the Metroid teleports nearby instead of the other side
-Hope that no one interrupts you with a battle or steals the Metroid

All this for, imo, one of the blandest Prime songs (Parasite Queen)

Start the final match with 10 fighters
-Hope the fighters spawn next to you
-Hope you win every battle you're in, no matter how shitty it is against you
--CPUs will purposely gimp you the more fighters you have
-Hope no one has a POW Block or any other fighter-losing trap shit

Get 3 Checkpoint Bonuses
-Pray that you don't get interrupted by a battle every 2 steps to the checkpoints
-Pray for the Reaper since he gives you an instant checkpoint bonus for 3 fighters
-Pray for the Souflee
-Hope that Kamek doesn't rearrange the checkpoints
-Hope you roll high enough numbers to go around the entire board 3+ times (always choose the small board, anything else is just goddamn impossible)

I hope I can cheese these by using 4 GCN controllers and just playing by myself. My main Mii will go around the board trying for everything while the other threes will be committing suicide when matches come up and generally not getting in my way. I hope they still give you prizes for completing it though, like each of the players bring back equipment, coins, hopefully customs, etc. And I hope the challenges are still active when doing so because it would be extremely shitty if they were disabled during 2+ player Smash Tour.

Okay this is just very disturbing news. And what's bothering me even more about it is that there's no clear source for that error.

From what I read elsewhere; Play for glory and then turn it off (not sure if during or just any time after playing FG) and then the error pops up or something along those lines. Trying to format then bricks the console.

I feel bad for the people who have to deal with this.

So far, I have not encountered this error, and the following is what I've been doing while playing Smash Wii U.

1: I never touch Online mode.
2: I always return to the title screen before closing the software.
3: I always wait until I return to the Wii U main menu before turning off the Wii U.

However, the randomness of this error doesn't make me feel better.

And this is a glitch that affects very little people, along with the fact that there are far worse things to get on a console than that glitch, or have a console just break down within warning (red ring of death).

The Wii U is not destined to fail, especially since it's on a major comeback, and I'm pretty sure that all the money Nintendo has they will be making games for probably the next century.

Spoiler: Even if it's over a decade old now, I don't want to ruin any late surprises.

They should have at least mentioned Metroid Fusion.

I know this was brought up a few pages back, but I am so happy they brought BiS Final showdown theme in Smash 4. I got to experience it while playing on the Galaxy stage and it was just perfect. It's so amazing, and it didn't need a remix. <3

I wasn't even actually playing when it happened, and it's not like I played anywhere near the level I did with Melee or even Brawl.
