No going either... you noticed that there aren't any toilets? Maybe your character is doing these things when the game is off or in sleep mode.

Why is it that you see the Gastlys in Pokémon Tower as "Ghost"s, but in other games where you can find it wildly it shows up as Gastly without any special item of sorts?

Maybe the Gastlies outside of Pokemon Tower are actually friendly and want to battle/get caught by you for fun. The ones in Pokemon Tower are probably scared and try to scare you away to avoid battling.

Same thing applies to Tate.
