Rhydon is actually the first pokemon ever made.
And Kangaskhan was the second.
So, obviously, they're the parents of Mew and Arceus

I had to mention this: How was N able to challenge the Elite Four and Champion if he didn't have all eight badges?

He hacked his way in

in seriousness he probably showed the badge check gate dudes Zekrom/Reshiram and they thought that he was good enough to get in

Because he has to find a way to get rid of all the fat. Another serious question: WHERE TF DID GHETSIS GET ANOTHER KYUREM IF YOU ALREADY CAPTURED KYUREM IN B/W?

You didn't necesarily. Besides, even legendary Pokémon don't need to be the only one of their existance, so he might have found some other Kyurem and captured it.

How exactly does Sketch work? Smeargle copies the move last used by the opponent and it goes into his moveset almost permanently, but how does sketching permit you to have the ability to Explode, Fly, Dive, Dig, Volt Tackle, Baton Pass, etc.

Where does N get another Zekrom/Reshiram when you caught it in B/W as well? I don't know why you're questioning this game specifically when you can catch Mewtwo in Gen I and then can catch it once more in Gen II.

The Trainer must let it go I guess. That's the simple and obvious answer.
