Nah, that would ruin racing. But it would make a great Battle Mode, without the pit stop part of course. Like each item gives off a certain damage which takes out the health bar of the other while the amount of points you get is how much damage you have given and losing all your HP would subtract points. So kinda like Balloon but with a bit more stuff added in.
