    My year got off to a start equivalent to backfiring at the beginning of a Mario Kart race so I guess the only way to compensate is to start writing a second novel. If the year won't let me have a win off the bat then I'll have to make it happen myself.

    I just wrote a list of 88 games I would include in a video called something along the lines of "One Useless Fact About Every Mario Game You Know" but the problem is that I'd have to do research because I don't own a bunch of them.

    When I eventually get my book published (which I swear I'll start the process of eventually, I just need to do some revisions that I haven't gotten around to), I'm going to need all of you to help it pop off because I want to have a Wikipedia article and therefore be put on a bunch of other relevant Wikipedia articles like my birthday or my college.

    I generally like Massachusetts. I generally hate mass.gov because on more than one occasion, it's provided incomplete or blatantly incorrect information.

    One of the YouTube channels I watch did a survey of the funniest words in the English language and if I remember correctly, the words pizzazz, phenomenon, and kebab didn't show up at all in the top 50. What a group of snubs.

    Long story about why I found this out but I'm rather disappointed to find out that they replaced the awards ceremony cutscene from all the old Mario Kart games with a highlight reel from a random track in MK8D.

    I at most have 6 pinned tabs and 15 school tabs, I open them all at once and my mind appreciates slowly closing my assignments as I finish stuff. Too many tabs is too many though

    I had to do that after doing my finals essay because there were too many tabs and it caused my computer to crash

    Someday the creators of mod software will be good at actually explaining how to use it. I'm literally trying to open one file and it's not working because I have to go into the command prompt and the command prompt is terrible.

    Not only do I have to get the list of commands from the GBATemp page that links to the tool I'm using because it closes itself after five seconds, but the command it did give me didn't work and just made the command prompt tell me it didn't know what I was trying to do.

    Usually I type cmd in the address bar on the top of Windows Explorer where the .exe is located, which will open up cmd with the proper mount and type program.exe -h or -help to print out a list, they usually do this.

    It took a little bit of tinkering but I got my program to work. That just means I have to figure out how to make my mod run on my 3DS.

    I can't believe how close I am to being able to put BA after my name. I even have my regalia for commencement now and all I have left is a literature paper, my senior presentation, and my senior portfolio and then that's it.

    It's pretty fitting that I've had a Yoshi avatar for a while now because I myself am a dinosaur by the age of 23. I got called an old soul a couple years ago and ever since then I've spent my time complaining about my bad eyesight, my bad back, my bad knee, and how much I don't like the neighbor kids. Absolute geriatric behavior but at least I'm self aware about it.

    ...I definitely need to see an eye doctor.

    My reward for getting through my practice presentation is getting stranded on campus because the buses aren't running during the snow 🙃
