  • The ages old dilemma of wanting to commission an artist but not wanting to get back on social media just to find one.
So apparently my mom, who I assumed would be super transphobic and not accepting of me whatsoever, is actually willing to try to respect me. I'm not sure if it's entirely performative and she's only doing it so I won't cut her out of my life, but it's still more than I was expecting from her.
What kind of corporate fussiness happened to make it so that we never got a promotion between Sonic Drive-In and Sonic the Hedgehog? They literally sell chili dogs at Sonic. It would be so perfect.

LOL I know. And I'm apparently like Sonic because I like chili dogs, too. Also I think that in the Sonic 2 movie there was a part where Sonic went to Sonic (the restaurant). I also have seen Sonic plushie skits on YouTube, and he's gone to Sonic before in those, too. God wish there was a clown emoji-would have been perfect to put here.

    Hey, cool new user pic.
The bus I used to take to get home no longer comes to my school so I have to take two buses now. Think it might be time to invest in a bus pass.
Ah, yes, my favorite book I didn't read last semester: The Great Gatsby by "E. Harmony Fitzgerald."

There's a reason my ex isn't going to be an English major.

Are you referring to your ex who was on here in the early 2022 phase

I've reached that horrible point in my college career where it feels like things are just stagnant. I've been in college long enough that it's not an exciting new experience anymore, but I'm far enough away from graduating that I can't be excited for that yet either. It's literally only week 2 of this semester and I'm already thinking "okay, let's get on with it so I can get my credits and move on."

Kind of the same deal here, I'm finally quitting my online academy and going to public school next school year, and I wish I could just fast forward to then. I'm only finishing my first semester this week, it seems like it took forever

I can relate to what you both are saying. Like, I only have two years left of college at the moment, but still, I've been doing it so long that it's like "Ugh...when is this finally going to be over?". I think I felt the same way back in high school, too. For some reason when you're close to being done with it it makes you feel more like "Ugh, can't we just get this over already?". Like, because of some of the conditions I have, I've really only been able to handle doing one college class at a time, and so I've been doing this for SIX years rather than four. Turns out this was the best way to go, because sometimes in my one class I have really big-ass projects I have to tackle, and sometimes the workload they give me can be overwhelming. So yeah, luckily I've already done this for four years, so I only have two years to go, but I do admit after doing it for THIS long I am kind of sick of it. Thank God I only have to do this for only a little bit longer. Turns out that it's a good thing I only chose to do one class at a time because sometimes the workload is heavy just for that one class. Also one other thing; I'm not stupid or anything; I had my IQ tested and I'm really smart, it's just that because of what I have sometimes I learn and process things a little slower. Over time though I'm getting a lot better, though, and rather quickly. Also I have mild autism, AKA Asperger's Syndrome; that's why I sometimes process things a bit slower. Not that much slower, though.
We're in the negative temperatures, let's go.
The actual process of modding that I do for Wii Sports Resort is miserably boring and yet I find myself doing it all the time.

What kinds of mods?? That's cool you're modding Wii Sports Resort, you usually wouldn't think of doing that.

They're like that. The one(s) I'm making right now are a series of mods for each individual level where I rewrote the order entirely, but in order to make the level look how I want, I have to make a single mod. See: this playlist. I'm just doing it again for fun and I'm not sure if I'm going to upload them.

I feel the same way about making stuff in RPG Maker...sure, playing it is fun, but programming and designing everything is boring.
It genuinely doesn't feel like the same day I went to my German class and had an appointment with my counselor. I was napping on and off for like four hours and it completely destroyed any sense of what time it is.
Imagine taking an anthropology class in the year of like, 2524. What would anthropologists of the future have to say about things like the internet and internet culture of our time?

I think you mean "in the past" since we're in the year 2567 now, so they'd probably say "uhhh what's the 'internet' you're talking about????"
It's that time of year again where they release a new schedule of classes and I overplan to all hell and back. At the very least, I think I can get myself on track to graduating in the spring of 2025, which should hopefully mean grad school is on the way.

I have two years left of college so I would guess 2025 or 2026 is when I'll graduate too. Also now that Christmas break is over tomorrow tomorrow is when I start a new class. If you're wondering what it is, check my latest status update.

Kind of unrelated but this reminded me of how I heard yesterday that Jason Aldean just bought a house in Turks and Caicos. Maybe they're going to visit him lol

I had to get a couple fillings at the dentist so I'm currently nice and novocaine'd up, and I also can't feel the middle left part of my face.
It's been officially confirmed that I'm three degrees of separation away from Jerry Seinfeld, but it's possible that might get knocked down to only two.

Do you know what degrees of separation are? If you do, it will make this explanation a lot easier.

I had to Google what it meant, and now that I know what it means, that's honestly quite impressive.
The idea of progressing through the Cuphead boss phases as the month went on was fun but it doesn't help that I picked one of my lesser favorites to be for a month. I'm okay just being myself for a while and giving myself the flexibility to change my avatar as I please.
