Unpopular opinions about the Mario series

Yeah, I agree - I just meant that if you take the game by itself, it certainly isn't the worst thing in the world. I find it pretty fun.
 
I'm still baffled that a game about greed does not have Wario in any capacity.
 
Yeah. I just finished 100%ing the game, and I feel like the Coin Rush DLC (I played the Gold Edition) was... unnecessary at best, bad at worst. Coin Rush is quite literally the ultimate display of greed in that game, the goal is quite literally to collect as much money as possible. No end. No point. No goal. Hell, the million coins is probably the tipping point. Like I said, I don't consider it a BAD game per se, but it certainly isn't the best in the series.
 
Fortune Street is basically just a worse version of Mario Party (I don't know if that's an unpopular opinion or not)

just say some opinions about whatever in the Mario series that not many people seem to agree with. this can also apply to Donkey Kong, Yoshi, Wario, etc.

I've got quite a few that most members don't seem to agree with:

-Daisy is the best female character in the series.
-Birdo and Waluigi are good characters. (the latter might not be as unpopular as the other but I do see multiple people dislike him so)
-I don't like the Koopalings, Luigi, or Rosalina.
-Bobbery is my least favorite partner in PM2.
-Mario Kart DS is the best Mario Kart game.
-SMB2 is better than SMB3.
-the Olympic Games can be fun.
-Dixie Kong is better than Diddy.
-Goomba's Greedy Gala is my favorite board in MP4.

I probably have more, but I can't think of them right now.

The 1993 Mario movie was a great Mario film
