Lol I didn't grow up playing the game, but I've watched gameplay of it and it looks great. I also love that song. I even made it my ringtone. 😅

I had no idea most of the games players share lives. That seems so silly??
 
The Koopalings are really underrated. A lot of people on Youtube say that they don't like them, but I think they're great since they each have their own personalities and stuff. What I would love to see is them make appearances as additional bosses in 3d games along with original bosses, as well as be playable in Mario Golf, Mario Tennis, and Mario Party games.
 
Super Mario 64 DS is an excellent game, but I would have changed two things to make it even better: allow all characters to use the Wing Cap, and allow Mario, Luigi, and Wario to fight the final battle against Bowser. It really sucks that this is Wario's only appearance in the mainline Super Mario series, especially considering that he didn't appear in New Super Mario Bros 2 despite having every reason to. I'm grateful he apppeared in Mario 64 DS, but he deserved much more in it.
 
Yoshi can't grab or punch enemies. But yeah, it would be really nice to see how he deals with the Bowser battles, and if the game would adjust in any way to give him a chance.

Yoshi can face off against Bowser. iirc in the first two Bowser boss fights, Mario hats spawn for him
 
They should give Yoshi his egg throwing abilities.

Oh well, in that case, they should have made it possible for all four characters to play the final battle. It would have given the game its own unique identity and allowed all the characters a chance to be the hero.
