That was in an Alternate Universe where people are dolls and stages are blocks set up to be in the shape of something. :P

I just realized if that Il Piantissimo has the paintbrush and he was wearing a Pianta Mask, then he was truly stupid. He used it to transform him into a Pianta and his IQ turned to -15
