I am locked in with $94 for the 3DS eShop. What games would you recommend?

Self-explanatory; I saw PF ask this question so I thought it would be interesting to make a thread.

You could say it's $95 since it's $94.99 but I like to round down

If it's something you can get cheap physical copies of online then I wouldn't spend your balance on it

I'd try Super Mario Land 2 if you don't already have it

I don't know if you are into puzzle games, but Stretchmo would be a recommendation if you do. That game may be free so you can download it straight away, but that in reality plays like a demo rather than an actual free-to-play game. The method of payment is to purchase puzzle pack, with four different ones to select. The entire pass is I believe $10, so if you think you would enjoy the four different types of packs, that would be cheaper than individually getting them all.
