Noticed your interest. Chinese culture is a really broad brush. Remember, the country is like the size of the U.S. and there's so many regional variations; the food is a good standout. The characters in Turning Red is of Cantonese heritage iirc. They have different customs and talking styles to Mandarin-speakers (which my dad's family is; they're based on Taiwan though). That being said, we are quite cousins of each other and we do have traditions that overlap.

Panda Express is fun and delicious but Chinese food from all over China is amazing and fantastic, my favorites of all the food I've eaten, and I think everyone should try out the more traditional stuff from Chinese immigrants. I know one Cantonese food I like, Cantonese roast duck.
