Yea but I'm not really a villain. And Darth Vader never originated in a video game, that's like if I said Bowser is the best villain in any movie because he was in the SMB movie

To get this back on the topic of Bowser, here's what they said about him.
The princess is in another castle. It so happens, she was in the castle at the end of world 8, protected by a giant turtle-like beast called King Koopa. This was Super Mario Bros. and the first time our hero Mario encountered this monsterous kidnapper, but it wouldn't be the last. Over the next 25 years King Koopa would gain his much more familiar Bowser name, and while he took a break in Super Mario Bros. 2, he's been the thorn in Mario's sides in nearly every one of the plumber's adventure.

Bowser has a fixation on ruling the Mushroom Kingdom and most of his plans involve taking over the land ruled over by Princess Peach using his powers to command an army of goombas and koopas and anyone else falling under this mutant turtle's influence. That's right, Bowser's a gigantic turtle - dig that spikey shell.

Though we've never seen him have a love interest beyond some Princess affection, Bowser has seven children as seen in Super Mario Bros. 3, not to mention Bowser Jr. who made his debut in Super Mario Sunshine. Ever since the appearance of Bowser Jr., him and his dad are usually attached at the hip in any devious plan to take over the Mushroom Kingdom.

Anyways Bowser seems to at least be conscious of his weight, since in Superstar Saga he tells Mario and Luigi not to make diet jokes. And in BIS he comments on his condition after the Boos feed him way too much food.
 
Fawful not being on the list makes perfect sense, When it comes to mad scientist villains the guy really isn't all that unique, especially with characters like Dr Eggman or Dr Wily.

Not to mention Mike Pollock is just plain awesome


They should make a crossover villain game like Wreck it Ralph had a lot of villains, but it could play like LoL and you have to conquer all the worlds
 
Yea because 1 against the entire multiverse of villains is a good idea. And this isn't 1v1 like almost every Mario boss this is at the same time.
 
Villains fighting amongst themselves for power and control? I could get behind that.

Not crazy about it being a LoL clone though.

By "LoL" I actually just meant like a Tactical RPG like I think Pokemon Conquest is not sure
