The animation is really cheap and ugly looking. Even worse is that, apparently, is on 4 legs and his body is a very pale shade of green, and has the head of an Angry Birds Pig. Also, Mario and Luigi look terrible(Luigi has a big body and green eyes that should be blue, and Mario looks like they tried to merge his head from the title screen of Super Mario 64 with the biggest model of his body they could find). ’s dress has lines of blue near the bottom, and is the only one that survived this monstrosity! They probably used some cheap animation application for this, as both videos made using Garry’s mod and SFM look better than the 99% ugliness this video is.

Fortran came first, by many years. "Grand Dad" is an edit of him. And as a matter of fact, Vinny played Dian Shi Ma Li (where Fortran is from) before 7 Grand Dad (when that damned "Fleenstones" meme originated)

Yup! There's also World Heroes 2, and several more with titles that are either "Street Fighter (random number)" or some other permutation thereof. And many, many, many more, often using either bad SFII graphic edits, graphics stolen from OTHER combat games, or extremely shoddy wholly-custom graphics.
