Gmod movies look better than this.

At least the maps you use in Gmod actually use decent lighting and probably made by authors who can make maps. And the ragdolls, well, the character models are created by people who actually know how to design them (considering they're ported from other video games). All the 10 year old animators did was animate them, and that's where the quality is mostly dependent on.
