What are you listening to right now? (PLEASE put videos behind spoiler tags)

idk again, it's just catchy

With Aqours' final live soon to be announced, I feel the need to share this song

Mmm I love cords

Explanation for each:

victim: a song I associated with Ten before the game released. Still painfully fits with his character lol

what the fuck: eckscore

Bop It: General Corp energy. Particularly Ecks & Ten

Check Your Aim: oh man song featuring three popular bot tts I wonder what that means

HOT M4LE: eckscore

MENTAL DISORDER: eckscore

ROCKIN' EVERY CROWD: General Corps energy again, this time with a Ten focus. The BPM matches exactly to Ten's dance animation fun fact.

MENPHIS SWAG BOUNCE.flp: eckscore

R!OT: A preppy girl band song about a trio ready to set to world on fire with their riot. Wait a minute…

LESBIAN PONIES WITH WEAPONS: I could rephrase it as butch cords with weapons and it gets my point across.

The Bottom 2: come on, of course the SpongeBob gangster rap is Corpcore.

in_my_head: already discussed this on the marioboards year of music thread!

HONEYCOMB: I think this type of instrumental fits the Corp the best. Grundy, dirty, "I got a bullet with your name on the tip, biatchh"

FINISH HIM: similar to the previous, with easy to apply to them lyrics.

CRASH INTO UR PARTY!: Shun x Ten no I will not explain.

Recently I discovered a game titled Streets of Rage 4. I have seen some gameplay and oh my goodness the music is top notch! Stage 8's theme in particular really stood out to me.

I've been in an obscure 80s music arc for the last like, three months. Here's the most recent one I've added to my playlist.

Wait I've played that game!

I cannot get over that this is a ridiculous song title from a guy you've never heard and yet it's my third favorite song of all of 1988.

In which Ash enters her 90s arc. In the words of me from like 24 hours ago, I've never been so happy to see that a song I'd never heard of made it to number one.

This sounds like a TV show theme song and you can't convince me that it wasn't made to be one.

This seems like a great song for the Rhetoric of Popular Music class I want to teach in the future.
