Should Mona's scooter be merged with Mona? Unlike the Wario Bike, which as appeared as an individual bike in Mario Kart and as part of Wario's special moveset in Super Smash Bros., Mona's scooter isn't as notable.

Some other Dr. Crygor stuff should be considered, such as Kat and Ana's swords, Dribble and Spitz's taxi, but I'm just wondering if there are any that don't deserve their own article.

Isn't there any template that can be used instead of {{construction}} in case of the article being not under construction. I mean, something like {{Missing information}}, found on Wikipedia (I'm not copying Wikipedia).

I'm bringing this, because the construction template is put wherever the article is missing any type of information, whether it is already being worked on or not. Some article has been tagged with it since years, and no input has been entered.

So in short, the construction template is put, however if no input was found on the page in few days (maximum a week). The template should be replaced by {{Missing information}} or {{MoreImages}} depending on the issue.

I don't think there should be a timeframe on when construction changes. I mean me and LGM put a construction tag on Luigi's Mansion, the only reason I'm not touching it that much is because school work takes priority.

It is not about precise. Maybe increase the time limit for few months. But what I'm talking about is something like List of Mario Party DS quotes, the last edit was on May 9, the one before it was in August 24, 2013‎.

Template:Rewrite-expand can also be used for pages that are missing info. Rather than putting a target completion date, for this template, you go the opposite way and put the date that the template's added so that we know how long the article's been flagged.

Rewrite-expand is rather general, A much more specific template was in my mind.

I also didn't keen on putting the completion tag, I didn't care either way, but the date of the template addition is very good, actually.
