If the Super Mario World series would had continued, the cavemen would had been angry at Mario and his crew because of the school incident and for the lava flood, despite Mario stopping further damage and rescuing them a lot of times(Yes,I think they are not that bright or friendly). The cavemen would chase them and Toad rescue them in time by riding on a dolphin. The Mama Luigi takes in a episode before the A little Learning, “Canonly”.

I think mines a bit different to yours, the Shadow Mario with the paintbrush is Jr. in disguise whereas the one without the paintbrush is the actual Shadow Mario.
