I really don't remember the voices really being all that bad or even noticeably odd. This is the first I've heard anyone even mentioning it, let alone putting it out like it's a sin. It can't be that bad.

Believe me, I took it for granted too. Same thing for Mushroomy Kingdom.

But once you start making comparisons between Brawl and the material it's supposed to be representing, the *bleep* can't be dismissed.

Could you actually show me a comparison?

I don't know, just listen to Mario's voice in Brawl compared to Mario's voice in basically any other Mario game. Mario sounds much more energetic. Hell, even in Melee and Smash Bros. 64, he sounds cheerful, like he should be. In Brawl, he sounds like his parents died and his brother turned into a angsty emo weirdo oh wait...

I dunno, but this heavily deconfirms any chances Dixie Kong and K. Rool will have in this game. I don't understand why there should be another addition since DK got a new rep just this past game in Brawl.

Also, if any series should get a newcomer, it should be Yoshi or F-Zero. They've been in all 4 games and yet have not had a new series. The Yoshi series is even more deserving since it's still running with YNI and the new YWW coming, so it's not like it's gone into obscurity.

Neither are anywhere near as big as DK, which is Nintendo's fifth biggest series behind Mario, Pokemon, Wii, And Zelda in terms of sales. There's not much you can do for F-Zero and most of Yoshi's main characters are just major Mario characters.

Just because DK got a new comer in Brawl doesn't mean it shouldn't get one again. By that logic, we shouldn't have included Toon Link, Ike, Pokemon Trainer, Lucario, or Wolf in Brawl or Greninja, Palutena, or Robin in Smash 4.
