At least Cresselia is still a legendary Pokemon like Dialga and Palkia.

But Cresselia is not even an uber, yet she is more frightening than two ubers.

What I find interesting is the fact that they choose Milotic over Kyruem on a Black & White stage.

Kyurem is already a pokeball Pokemon.

In my opinion, Sceptile has the following titles beyond my 2 main reasons:
Best designed Grass starter Pokemon (only Grass starter Pokemon I feel was truly amazingly designed), Chesnaught and Meganium are Good while Torterra and Serperior are Fair, and Venusaur can just get out (I dislike him so much).
Best designed Hoenn starter Pokemon (though this is a very close thing since all the Hoenn starter Pokemon were good too).
Best designed starter Pokemon (though Charizard, Delphox, and Greninja are very close behind).

my favorite is Lilligant, though I see her having very little chance in Smash. But I do have a damned fine Mii of her.
