Pikachu can learn Swift? I get it the stars are yellow but it's pretty unfitting for a electric mouse.
 
A lot of Pokemon can learn swift. I think it's usually given to smaller Pokemon, because why not? In the anime, Aipom swings his tail and stars come out. I don't see why other Pokemon can't do the same with their arm or leg.

Anyways, I wonder why the move Foresight uses a magnifying glass for the animation.

when II was created they made Kangaskan female only, because of its pouch. In IV they introduced gender differences. They could have added male kangas with no pouches

I noticed, the second gyms for Black and white/2 are sort of similar. For Lenora's Gym, after going under the book case, there's a stairway down. In Roxie's Gym, the stairway down to the gym part is exactly the same shape.
 
Yeah, you should always expect similarities in Gyms...

I wonder why Lorelei has a Slowbro when she's an Ice-type Trainer.

Well, Hitmonlee and Jynx are human-like pokemon, so I don't find it weird.

But Charizard can breed with a Magikarp? I find that weird.

Charizard is a dragon while Magikarp is a fish.

Magikarp evolves into Gyarados. Gyarados is supposed to be like a Chinese dragon looking thing or something, so it makes some sense. I think.
