Whatever the plot, it should involve Daisy and Waluigi and NOT Peach's getting stolen by Bowser.

But that would be a good "bad" ending for SMS 2.

Apparently, FLUDD squirts out soap. No wonder Shadow Mario can swim, but FLUDD's squirting him can damage him!
 
Daisy could be given a back story. Or Sarasaland can have more depth.
 
Since Daisy was out of Sarasaland for a long time, the place was being run down by crime, natural disasters, poverty, broken infrastructure, anarchism, and more crime. Daisy must come back to see her family again and rescue Sarasaland before the anarchy destroys her homeland. Mario, Baby Luigi, and Baby Daisy join her.
 
It's probably an anarchy there by now.
