For some reason, I can imagine Daisy beating up a shark. :P Daisy should induce fear into Bowser in her games.

According to Nintendo, Daisy is so painful to add to the Mario series! There's designing the model, the programming, the voice-acting, the animating! Waaah! It takes so much time and effort to include a measly model of Daisy! Boo-hoo! Her hair! So difficult to create! Her face! Tedious to texture!
 
If thats the case just rip it from the game with the best model of Daisy.

Anyone knows a REASONABLE game where daisy could appear.

Bowser Jr. paints Daisy accidentally.
Daisy crushes Bowser Jr's shell and flings Bowser Jr. to a sea of Unagis as a result.
 
She needs a role in a game where Waluigi is the main villain. Waluigi leaves a ransom to Daisy after stealing Luigi.
 
Seems a little off unless mario makes a "SUPER DAISY" series, where there will be 2 main series -_-

I sense going off topic in your future so lets stick to it.

Nintendo wouldnt go in depth to these awesome ideas, the games they mainly focus on platforming.
 
Nintendo cares only about Peach getting stolen. That's why the vegetable-infested Super Mario Bros. 2 game is more fun than the other one. No wonder Sakurai left.

Well, Nintendo can say, "Peach and Daisy gets stolen by Bowser so Mario and Luigi and Toad rescue them. The plot twist? Bowser Jr. gets Daisy!" :O
 
I think Nintendo should stop the so cliche plot line of what you call mario.

Games with intresting plot lines.

*Super Mario Bros. (the first to use the cliche line)
*Super Mario Bros. 2
*Super Mario Bros. 3
*Super Mario 64
*Super Mario Sunshine

And there the awesome and interesting lines ended.

It should more include daisy.
