Re: User Big Brother II - Week 1
Javelin came out of the Diary room dressed in a uniform of white on the left, and black on the right. He was also wearing a hat with a chess board glued to the top of it.
"Alright guys, time to play the veto!"
The 6 playing contestants - as well as the other houseguests - walked out in the yard. They were amazed by the massive chess board that was in the middle of the yard. The players took stance behind a giant pawn with their names ingraved in it. The others took a seat on the bench. Javelin began giving directions.
"Alrighty houseguests, welcome to Veto Me! In this challenge, you must move your pawn across the board. However, in order to do so, you must first take the right path. Place your pawn either on the color right in front of you or to diagonal to you - being black or white. I will pull from the ball scrambler next to me either a black or white ball. All the pawns standing on the color I am holding will remain where they are standing; the pawns not on the same color as the ball will move back to the spot they were at. The first houseguest to make it to the end of the board will get to promote their pawn into Queen, and when the Golden Power of Veto wrapped around it.
"Though, the challenge doesn't stop there. There are also a Bishop, Knight, and Rook piece that second place, third place, and fourth place will respectively get. The challenge ends when all promoted pieces have been claimed.
"Only 10 balls will be pulled. If there is not a winner by the end of it, then players will get their prizes according to what rank they are on.
"Also, since Nabber and Toad got the Luxury contest correct, they will automatically begin at the second level! Let's begin now!"
Round 1 -
NSM/Toad/Nabber/GS: White.
Quizmo/LuigiNo.1: Black.
"And the answer is...Black! Quizmo and LuigiNo.1, you stay at Rank 2; everyone else except Toad and Nabber back at Rank 1."
Round 2 -
NSM/Toad/Quizmo/Nabber - Black.
LuigiNo.1/GS - White.
"And the answer is Black! Quizmo, Nabber, and Toad, you stay at Rank 3; NSM, you stay at Rank 2; Goomba's Shoe, you are now in last place, you move back to Rank 1."
Round 3 -
NSM/Quizmo - White.
Toad/LuigiNo.1/Nabber/GS - Black.
"And it's White! Quizmo, stay at Rank 4. NSM stay at Rank 3. Toad and Nabber - back to Rank 3. LuigiNo.1, back to Rank 2. GS, go back to Rank 1."
Round 4 -
Quizmo/Nabber - Black.
NSM/Toad/LuigiNo.1/GS - White.
"Now it's Black! Quizmo, stay at Rank 5. One more move until you make it to the end. Nabber, stay at Rank 4. Toad and NSM, go back to Rank 3. LuigiNo.1, go back to Rank 2. Goomba's Shoe, go back to Rank 1."
Round 5 -
Quizmo/Toad/Nabber - White.
NSM/LuigiNo.1/GS - Black.
"Midway point! The answer is White! Quizmo, you made it to the end, and you got promoted to Queen! You have won the Veto! However, the game still continues until all prizes are claimed. You can also continue guessing until all 10 answers - or three more contestants win - are given.
"Nabber, stay to Rank 5 - you are so close as well. Toad, stay at Rank 4. NSM, back to Rank 3. LuigiNo.1, back to Rank 2. Goomba's Shoe, back to Rank 1."
Pitiful music plays as Goomba's Shoe moves his piece back once again. Everyone else - both playing and not playing - are trying not to laugh. Smasher finally gives up and bursts into laughter. FireEevee and Lily's lips quiver from laughing withdrawal. Goomba's Shoe gets ticked off.
Round 6 -
Quizmo/LuigiNo.1/GS - White.
NSM/Nabber/Toad - Black.
"The answer is White! Nabber, return to Rank 5. Toad, go back to Rank 4. New Super Mario, return to Rank 3. LuigiNo.1, stay at Rank 3. Goomba's Shoe, [finally] stay at Rank 2."
Round 7 -
Quizmo/LuigiNo.1/GS - Black.
NSM/Nabber/Toad - White.
"Black is the correct answer! Nabber, return to Rank 5. Toad, go back to Rank 4. LuigiNo.1, stay at Rank 4. New Super Mario, return to Rank 3. Goomba's Shoe, stay at Rank 3."
Round 8 -
Quizmo/LuigiNo.1 - White.
NSM/Nabber/Toad/GS - Black.
"White is the winner! Nabber, return to Rank 5. LuigiNo.1, stay at Rank 5. Toad, go back to Rank 4. NSM and Goomba's Shoe, return to Rank 3."
Round 9 -
Toad/GS - White.
Quizmo/NSM/Nabber/LuigiNo.1 - Black.
"The answer is Black! Nabber and LuigiNo.1, return to Rank 5. Toad, stay at Rank 5. Goomba's Shoe, stay at Rank 4. NSM, you are now in last, move back to Rank 3."
Everyone is surprised by that. Goomba's Shoe jumps up and down in joy. NSM - angered - punches his pawn piece. There is only 1 round left for Nabber, LuigiNo.1, or Toad to make it to the end, or Goomba's Shoe and NSM to either lengthen the distance or tie it.
Final Round -
Quizmo/Toad/GS - Black.
NSM/Nabber/LuigiNo.1 - White.
"And the answer is....Black! Toad, you have won the second prize, promoting your pawn to Bishop! You get a veto slip; this slip allows you to participate in the next veto, no matter what - if you stay in the house this week.
"Nabber and LuigiNo.1 - you both remained at Rank 5. However, since Nabber got to Rank 5 first, he gets the Knight. Inside is the Derpy Card; this card forces him to talk to other houseguests (post messages on the thread), using either Derpy references or stuff Derpy would say.
"LuigiNo.1, you get the Rook, which holds the Mystery! This card appears blank, but use it sometime next week during a challenge, and something will happen positively/negatively to any player in the competition!
"Goomba's Shoe and NSM, you did not win anything. However, Goomba's Shoe did get a higher score than NSM, with NSM coming in last.
"Once again, congratulations to Quizmo winning the veto with a perfect score. Kudos as well for guessing 4 out of 5 correct after you won as well."
The Veto ceremony will take place either tomorrow night or Monday night right now or right now!!
