Well this chapter was hilarious.

“So why’re we here?” I asked.
You ever wonder why we're here?

So is there any actual reason for the dessert barrier, or is it just natural?

Scarecrow, Pantaro and Javelin were visibly worried, but everybody else had long grown used to my shenanigans.
Shenanigans is really the only word that adequately describes your actions some times.
Nabber pointed at the roof, and perched atop it was a large satellite dish that I somehow failed to notice before.
That's actually pretty funny.

This was a pretty flippant but funny chapter.

Alright, good. Also, I'll have you know- Michael's backstory is going to grow progressively more and more depressing.

ah ha ha ha ha

That's awesome.

Also, you know me and I don't mean to rush but... any idea of when the next chapter will be?

Hm.

Not to be rude, but this chapter really didn't serve much purpose...

Two important points

1. Michael hates coffee.
2. Michael can't get over Alice.

SO DOES TABUU THAT WAS A CALLBACK TO THE FIRST CHAPTER

Also, yes. This was a bit more of a bridge, but remember that Michael is very integral to the plot.

You're putting all of this focus on Mike but we're not seeing too much of Zanza.
spoilers JUST A GUESS

I would assume Zanza is going to pull his coup de grâce soon, so just wait.

Considering Zanza's name is Zanza, I've been busy trying to figure out what his ties are to his character in Xeno.

TT Zanza and Xenoblade Zanza aren't the same dude, but they're p. similar.

My Zanza /is/ based off of that one, but they aren't the same character.

Now this was unexpected.

Perhaps Zanza is able to possess any of his previous keepers?

Anyways, considering Tabuu's failure to combat Plumber, who was also a Dark-type like Zanza-Michael, this battle is probably going to feature our good friend Nabber. Maybe.

It'll definitely have Scarecrow.

Javelin was plotting
Best line ever. EVAR

I like how the memories are meshed with the current battle. It's a much nicer effect in my opinion than keeping it separate.

I also liked the one with Johnston and Wales earlier.
