New MK7 Item: Fireballs

And 3 more characters, plus 8 max online. And dang VR coming back. And Waluigi Pinball. And tricking?

I have a feeling this game is going to lose a bit of quality trying to do too much old & new gimmicks, but online ensures a long playing time. Hopefully the fireballs replace a crappy item (Thunder Cloud!).

They should bring back specail moves from Double Dash. I would like to see Lakitu's one.

They were removed, due to being limited to certain characters. Mario Kart DS made sure that everyone could get any kind of item.
