You mean the one from Rogueport Sewer? That was kind of fun... Although, I usually managed to beat him with ease by using a Fire Flower on it first.
 
I really think they should make that kind of battle a boss in PM3DS.

I wOnder what Pumpkin Goombas would look like in Paper form, they need some enemies from different Mario games like Chuckya and Scuttle bugs

Cool, they should be a Spooky Chapter and then one of the enemies are Pumpkin Goomba's.
 
Yeah and then he might turn into the Goomba King half way though the Battle.
