Anyway, Super Mario Galaxy 2 is a vastly-overrated game. It does not deserve instant 10/10s from every site and their mothers.

I'll hope Mario Kart 3DS and Super Mario 3DS will give me better experiences than Super Mario Galaxy 2, which they probably will.

Anyway, I don't rely on reviews anyway. Liking or disliking a game is all personal taste

If your friend hates SMG2 then it's his opinion & (s)he's somewhat entitled to it.
I do prefer the Sequel over the Prequel, but I did find SMG2 a bit too similar to the first game.

He should at least provide with strong reasons for hating a game.

And SMG2 is WAY too similar to the first game

SMG2 was pretty much an extension of the first game. I honestly felt like it was the same game except with a ton of more worlds and nothing else.

I agree. I would rate it about a 9/10. It would be a 9.5/10 if it wasn't so frustrating. You wouldn't believe how many times I swore and threw my wiimote at the floor.

No, basically most levels in World S are remakes. And don't forget Throwback Galaxy. Although Throwback Galaxy is the coolest galaxy in the game because of the jazzy nostalgic music FTW

I'm happy the way Throwback Galaxy is. A remake of Whomp's Fortress is a thumbs up

I added 3 to SM64DS because I have 3DS
