    Well, we know more about the world when we're older, do stuff that relaxes you from time to time and don't forget to seek out more knowledge, take it from me, the more you know, the more ways you can deal with it

    Believe me, you're not alone on that matter. I also struggle to keep my mental health in check as an adult and wish to go back to my childhood when I didn't have all the struggles of adulthood. I've gone through therapy over the past year, and I've also gotten advice from a few good friends during that time, so I'm going to pass on that advice to you as well.

    - Practice self-care daily and take care of your physical and emotional needs before anything else.
    - Reach out to a trusted friend, family or mental health professional in person for support.
    - Practice mindfulness and calming techniques like deep breathing or meditation. A friend of mine meditates and can confirm it helps.
    - Seek out positive experiences and activities that bring you joy and comfort.
    - Make time for exercise and physical activity, which can help manage stress and anxiety. Try going outside for fresh air at least once a day.

    Remember that you're not alone, and that there's people like myself out there who care about you and want to help you. Don't hesitate to reach out for help or support if you need it. And reach out to loved ones in person.

    I probably would, because that would allow me to add Walnuts to the recipe. Butter Pecan is one of my favorite flavors, and replacing the pecans with walnuts might make it taste a little different.

    I've just been feeling a bit lonely if you understand, plus other things that are going on, some good, some not so much. I'm doing alright, but it is nice to have some people to talk to (including you) about how I'm doing.
