If the term of classification is height, he's going to be Small, but if it's weight, he's going to be Feather, or at least Light. He doesn't seem heavy enough to be Medium.

I'm experiencing the "Nabbit also took Mario's spot in New Super Fail U, so therefore, he sucks" mentality from a Mario fan, so that's why I hate him.

i really dont either.

I mean invincible towards enemies and can get 1 ups from just capturing powerups?

That's something id expect out of a low quality fangame, not an official dlc.

well really thats the only flaw i can see the luigi u dlc, levels look fine though.

but im sure everyone in this community knows the real flaws with the series anyway.

Well, I'm sure that there are enough small/light/feather characters to choose from anyways. Most of the areas of improvement is the heavy area.
