Would YOU (that's right, you, the person reading this right now) like to see a return of the Daily VGM Thread? I will be posting songs that I like from video games on a semi-regular basis. Not songs that you like however, as it is not your thread.

I don't expect it to be a permanent return, but it's been 4 years since I ended the second (third?) phase of the thread, and I think there's plenty enough new music that has been released, or I have discovered, to guarantee a bit of fun and variety for at least a few months.

After like six years of complaining that I'd never be able to do it, I'm extremely close to getting custom Miis into Wii Party U. All I have to do is figure out how to get it working consistently and get the text file modded at the same time.

we have a release date and boxart for rhythm heaven groove!! the boxart looks like it's referencing characters from rhythm minigames in previous games, so this will be interesting...

I like how you called the Starfox Easter egg something for 30-40 year-old boomers however, you also forgot about the furries.

So I stayed up way too late last night looking at the code in the decompressed executable for Wii Party U just to see if there were possibly any leads for how I'd mod in custom Miis. The worst part is that when I see references to NPC Mii data and "GetComRandMiiID" in the code, it really makes me feel like I'm so close to finding what I want.

Why does the flat Earth conspiracy even exist?

Like, tomorrow I could receive indisputable, hard evidence that the Earth is, in fact, flat, I'd be "woah cool" and then mind the rest of my life. The planet's shape is the least of my worries. Who cares.
