Gen V Pokémon game names revealed - Pokémon Black and White Versions

Grass-type.
Ability: Gluttony

...

...

Took me a while to ponder, but it doesn't look very bad to me. It looks like Torterra and Aipom's love-child, but so does Koromori and I like that one too.

Cool info revealed. Seems pretty interesting.

Information from the October 2010 issue of CoroCoro Special have begun to leak. The bimonthly extension of CoroCoro confirms a rumored feature called Combination Techniques. Certain attacks, such as the Generation V starters' signature moves Oath of Grass, Oath of Fire, and Oath of Water, can be paired with another to create certain effects during double or triple battles, similar to how Pokémon Contests work in the anime.

If a Trainer combines Oath of Fire and Oath of Water, a rainbow will be made, boosting the chances of side effects from your teammate's attacks. Oath of Grass and Oath of Fire create a "sea of fire" that has a similar effect as Sandstorm or Hail. Oath of Grass and Oath of Water create a wetland, lowering the opponent's Speed.

I wonder of we'll ne Anke to combine otter attacks.

Starter evos. Tsutaja and Mijumaru's first evos are both real, but their final evos, and both of Pokabu's evos, may be fake.

Tsutaja's evolutions:

Pokabu's evolutions:

Mijumaru's evolutions:

Mijumaru's last evolution has got to be fake, it looks nothing like an otter. >_>

And Tsutaja's final evolution looks dumb in this one.

Actually, it does look like an otter. Just a different type of otter than Mijumaru. Mijumaru is a Sea Otter, while Finalmaru is a river otter.

And I found this explanation for Finalmaru, and I like it.

"Finalmaru evolves to a point where it no longer needs outside weapons and can cause serious damage with its own body. It's heavier, forcing it to walk on all fours more often than stand. It also gains armor to further protect itself from danger."

I always wanted Pokabu to evolve into a quadrupedal, large, fiery boar, but the final evolution seen just doesn't seem right.

Pokabu should've evolved into a Flying-type. </incredibly lame pun>

Oh, haha. I understand the joke.

I just hope that this won't turn into a "This is the reasons that the evolutions are fake" argument like it did over at GameFAQs :P

I'm still dissatisfied at Pokabu's last evolution. It looks terribly ugly, and we don't need another Fire/Fighting starter.

eye still liek gear gear gear gear gear

Mijimaru's evolution looks like a mutated walrus Walrein, Pokabu's looks like.... a sumo wrestling pig, I don't even know, and Smugleaf's is prettyful.

Wouldn't it be awesome if Smugleaf's final evo was a grass/dragon?

Yes, yes it would.

Pokabu's final evolution should be Fire/Rock or something. Having Fire/Fighting starters 3 gens in a row is a big no-no.

There are 156 new Pokemon. Be warned, this list is big. Skip this post if you do not want to be spoiled.
