The art is nice, though the positioning of the character within the avatar is a little plain. Straight-on angles for faces tend to be less interesting and can make the drawing look flat. A suggestion would be to position the character's head at a slight angle. Pancham can still be looking at the viewer, but having his head slightly angled in a different direction gives the artwork a bit more of a dynamic to it, not to mention it can look more intimidating if Pancham's head is slightly angled upward. Some shadowing might also benefit it, especially if the creepiness angle is what's being gone for.

He does look very intimidating as it is, though!
