Sure, why not.
So my main OCs are Goombuigi and Wright Forde 'Shroom. Goombuigi is a portrayal of myself - a young Goomba who is also a big fan of Luigi. As for Wright Forde 'Shroom, his personality is pretty simple - he's a shill for The 'Shroom. He'll advertise the paper at every chance he can get. He also speaks in a highly sophisticated manner, often phrasing things in the most roundabout way possible.
There's a few other OCs I've made, but they're pretty minor and I don't recall that I've used them much. There's Montgomery, a Monty Mole who is Wright Forde 'Shroom's loyal assistant, who I believe I've only used in WT Cereal Mafia prior to WFS' introduction (I think I was working on his portraits at the time, so I used Montgomery as a stand-in). Then there's Rita 'Shroom and Shelford 'Shroom, Wright's parents (you can see where Wright got his punny name from). Rita 'Shroom is a novelist, and Shelford 'Shroom a car mechanic. There's also Don Wright Forde 'Shroom, Wright's arch-nemesis and brother (I don't remember much about him to be honest, as I believe I've only used him in 2022 in an Awards presentation). I think that's all my OCs, at least of the ones I've shown off before. I've had other character ideas, mainly in relation to Wright, but they never saw the light of day.

The Protectors
Dark Light (Darcy Light) (She/Her): Leader of the Protectors. From Moonview City, Mushroom Kingdom. Powerful. Bossy. Always disapproving. Has the element of darkness. Cursed by large sources of water. Likes doing quiet things. Also a cop.
Redshift (Recaredo Rojo) (He/Him): Second-in-command. Spanish. Formal. Claustrophobic. Respectful. Loves fishing. A little bit disgruntled. In love with Dark Light. Prefers to sit alone in his room and read or write things. Loves collecting stamps.
Ray Trace (Rostislav "Raymond" Konstantinovich Travkin) (He/Him): Third-in-command. Russian. Clearly the best of the Protectors, loves to boast about his rank, is a little bit stupid, and not just because he pretends to be. Very lazy. A jokester.
Bluminescence (Benjamin Escheverri) (He/Him): French. Always so happy and cheerful! Fantastic cook. The friendliest Protector. Also very durable. Also gay. Had a rough childhood with parents who didn't like him very much.
Ultra Violet (Ulmer Violet) (He/Him): Based off Nick from Left 4 Dead 2. Cynical, grouchy, a medic. Loves caring for animals, though. Loves music. An amazing singer, though is proficient with any instrument. Brutal backstory.
Kontrast (Connor Trausch) (He/Him): Last-in-command. German. Smol. Hot-headed. Is best friends with Bluminescence. Didn't skip arm day, but probably skipped leg day. He's good at Protector base maintenance but that doesn't mean he likes it.
Aqua Marine (She/Her): One of the newest Protectors. Teenager. Mermaid. From the Lake Kingdom. Daughter of Beryl and Chrysolite Marine, extremely powerful mermaids, the ones responsible for cursing Dark Light. Loves knitting and other creative endeavors.
Blueshift (Belinda Rojo) (She/Her): Not a Protector. Sister of Redshift. Archaeologist, specifically in space. Knows how to fly a rocket. Very spunky, chose not to be Protector because it's a dangerous job. Worries often about her brother. Adopted a Protector name anyway because "it's cool".
Pleima (She/Her): Little Luma companion of Blueshift that she met on her travels. Has the ability to turn into a pull star and drag people around. Loves exploring with Blueshift.
The Preservers
Grayscale (She/Her): The leader. Ridiculously powerful, sadistic, and OP, but can be hilariously petty too. Former leader and founder of the Protectors before Dark Light ousted her. Wants revenge. Carries a stupidly big and terrifying axe around just to intimidate people, even if it is heavy and rather cumbersome to drag it around, but she will never admit that part out loud. Is learning magic as well as tech.
Phongik (Pike Phong) (He/Him): Second-in-command. Has half-Vietnamese heritage. Thinks pink is the greatest color ever. A complete neat freak, but also loves weapons of war and military stuff. Hates Grayscale deep down inside, but puts up with her.
Scatter (Scottie Terrell) (He/Him): Third. White trash. A womanizer and a complete moron. Also extremely handsome. Very lazy, often subject to the worst of Grayscale's punishments. Absolutely despised by Discharge.
Cerulambert (Cedolf Lorenzen) (He/Him): Big guy. Norwegian. Very powerful. Quite intelligent. Usually minds his own business. Despite being big and beefy, usually pays attention to detail and has a gentle creative side to him. Doesn't mind being violent every now and then though.
Crespucular Beam (Cheng Bi) (He/Him): Last in command. Chinese. Terrified easily, but also the kindest Preserver. Excellent cook. Is very computer savy, especially at sofrware. A Yes-Man. Loves plushies. Helps out with everyone except Scatter, who is often too lazy anyway.
Discharge (Dmitri Chalenko) (He/Him): The newest member. Ukranian. Hates talking. Has a raspy, high-pitched voice similar to Snively. Extremely proficient at anything electronics, which includes robotics and computers. Despises Scatter. His scornful gaze is prone to shocking people, due to Zhyoltolyia Molynia Ray Trace unknowingly delivering a brutal shock to him.
Unaffiliated diminutives
Clement Cores (He/Him): Weapons smith of both the Protectors and Preservers. Portuguese. Can't stand the squabble between the two groups, but work is work and pay is pay, and pay brings food to the table, even if it pisses off his wife. Thinks The Preservers are slightly worse just of Grayscale alone.
Beryl Marine (He/Him): Father of Aqua Marine, said to look like Baby Mario. Extremely powerful, can sing extraordinarily well. Is part of a biker gang that ravages the Lake Kingdom on his spare time.
Chrysolite Marine (She/Her): Mother of Aqua Marine. Even more powerful than Beryl, though has a fatal weakness to ice.
Other characters
Mira Svenatsesen (They/Them): An anthroplane robot character who is from the Sky Kingdom, has a similar goggle to design to the sky Dolphins and the Jumbo Rays. Teen with some attitude, though has a love of biological life forms and wants to own a pet.
Drakana N-Gon (She/Her): A horrifically ugly fat vampiric dragon with derp eyes and a large drooling problem from the Ruined Kingdom, related to the Lord of Lightning. A massive sweetheart with an amazing fashion sense and loves fashion design, but is absolutely terrifying and has to drink blood.

Yeah one of the perks I have is that if I have a favorite character I just really get into them.
Though these guys started out as Super Smash Bros. Brawl/4 alternate costumes and things just went out of control since.

Sneegle: a red Snifit. Earns an illicit living by victimizing other villains and stealing from thieves. Will avoid bothering normal people; he lives by a code, however twisted. Large, crafty, good with tools but not gadgets.
Darnaka: a purple Wizzrobe. Formerly a hardcore villain, but now she's just tired and cynical and likes to be left alone. Will help strangers if they help her further her magical experiments or entertain her (those are often the same thing).
Mohodu: a silver Moblin, the assistant of Darnaka. Not a nice creature by any means, but not naturally mean-spirited. Huge and strong but lazy. Will expend more energy avoiding work than just doing the work.
Sharpeye: a typical Kritter. No longer works for King K. Rool but still involved in banana theft and other illicit activities. Obsequious, will curry favor with anyone he looks up to. Easy to manipulate by people of power and influence.

Here are the explanations of the interesting ones:
Ruby and Diamond: Two girls who have souls circling them, allowing them to fly and have psychic powers. They're rivals.
Rose and Onyx: Two kids who are formed by pure darkness, but have some good in them.
Silver Snoozroot: Works at the Green Grounds Garbage Dump, to Release people.
Platinum Poislug: Resides in the Green Grounded Galaxy. Makes you do dangerous trials for a Crystal Star and he does nothing because he's lazy.
Bronze Battybat: Works at the garbage dump at the end of the universe.
It: A creature lurking in the darkness of an isolated planet. Caused the emptiness of the town that once thrived there.
The Red Starry: A star creature capable of time travel and cloning. Saved the world many times, and nobody knew.
